DLP-S
Chemical Injection Pump

The DLP-S Pump is constructed of the highest grade 316 SS, and is built to withstand corrosion in the harshest environments. It operates on solar powered technology. The DLP-S is available in multiple configurations for a custom match in specific applications. Utilizing Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene (UHMW) seal technology, the DLP-S eliminates the guess work in matching seals with chemical. The UHMW seal offers superior performance with fewer replacements, resulting in low down time and operating consistency. The DLP-S is designed to isolate chemical from the motor and housing. Additionally, the fluid end and pump housing are easily accessed for simple installation. This chemical injection solution delivers a precise injection rate utilizing an advanced digital control system, providing a pump that is built for endurance.


DLP-S-DH
Dual Head Chemical Injection Pump

The DLP-S-DH offers the same capability as the CLP-S, but with Dual Head capability. The two pump heads can operate independently. Each pump can operate at a different rate and pump to different injection points with different chemicals.




DLP-P
Pneumatic Chemical Injection Pump

The DLP-P is an industry innovation, combining the rate precision of a solar powered digital control system, with the reliability of a pneumatic pump. This revolutionary design brings ruggedness and reliability to the forefront of chemical injection technology. The DLP-P Series Pump is constructed of the highest grade 316 SS, and is built to withstand corrosion in the harshest environments. With our proprietary digital control system, the stroke and rate is no longer dependent on turning a bolt or manually opening a needle valve. All rate control and stroke count is precisely managed by the solar powered digital control system. This level of control allows for ranging rates from mere pints per day to over 60 gallons per day (based on plunger size).
